Portion of the farm comprises natural grazing and falls within the Meiringspoort Pass. 74 Ha is under irrigation from registered water rights of servitude water.
There are two rivers running through the farm and irrigation is from a 270 000m³ cubic meter dam as well as a second dam. Currently growing on the farm is vegetable seed, tobacco and lucerne.
The farms improvements consists of a large 400m² farmhouse and a large 2000m² shed for tobacco drying and 2 smaller sheds of over 900m² each. There is also staff accommodation and numerous ostrich shelters.
